These forms provided information about incoming immigrant families. Recorded information includes nationality, language(s), employment, current location, and the ages of family members.

This intake form is dated to 1905 and lists Lieb and Rosie Bievruch, along with two children.

This form shows that Groner came from Romania. After two years in New York, he sought to move to Kansas, and to bring his wife and children to the states.

This form for Lania Hurowich indicates that she arrived in New York with her two year old daughter in 1906. After staying with her Aunt for a short time, she sought to follow her husband to Topeka, where he was working as a tailor.
